K-pop sensation 2PM are a group that guarantees terrific live singing, dynamic dancing and friendly interaction with their fans when they perform. The six-member group recently released their new album, Go Crazy, and they brought their 2PM World Tour Go Crazy show to Thailand on October 11.
NON-STOP DANCING
At their Impact Arena concert, 2PM — Jun. K, 26, Nichkhun Horvejkul, 26, OK Taecyeon, 25, Jang Wooyoung, 25, Lee Junho, 24, and Hwang Chansung, 24 — entertained their Hottest fan club with a fantastic performance.
Because most of their songs are energetic dance tunes, the guys set the stage on fire with their powerful moves as Hottest danced and sang along vigorously throughout the concert.
PERFECT PAIRS
Instead of having solo performances during the concert, 2PM showed their team spirit by performing a series of duets.
Lead vocalist Jun. K and Wooyoung showed off their sharp rapping skills during the hip-hop song “Super Man,” while Junho and Nichkhun crooned the beautiful R&B tune “Love Is True,” complete with adorable dancing.
Hottest lost it and screamed wildly when Taecyeon and Chansung belted out the dance song “Please Come Back,” especially when the guys pulled off their t-shirts.
THAI TREAT
Thai Hottest always get a special treat from 2PM, since Nichkhun comes from the Land of Smiles. The versatile Thai performer impressed the crowd with his version of Jetset’er’s romantic song, “Joob (Kiss).” Aside from his pleasant singing, Nichkhun made the fans happy by blowing kisses to them.
WARM FEELINGS
After the encore, the guys took some time to express their feelings toward their Thai fans. Chansung said he would have a lot of great memories from the concert, and that the energy received from the crowd made the group feel strong and powerful.
The fans couldn’t stop smiling when Taecyeon said that Thailand was like 2PM’s second home. He added that they will never forget to visit Thailand during their concert tours. Nichkhun said he felt proud of Thai Hottest and added that he felt happiest and warmest at every concert in Thailand.
During their concert and at their Central World press conference, 2PM answered questions for fans and local press. Here is some of what the guys had to say.
Question: How do you feel about visiting Thailand again after more than a year?
Wooyoung: We’ve returned with our new album, Go Crazy. The first concert of this tour was held in South Korea, and Thailand was our first international destination because that’s what Nichkhun ordered! Seeing the really warm atmosphere here made us feel confident about our concert.
Question: Jun. K, what was it like working as a producer on Go Crazy?
Jun. K: It was an honour to get an opportunity like that. I’d like to thank every member of 2PM for their dedication and help. It was also the first time that a song I wrote for 2PM was selected as the album’s title track. I hope everybody likes the song.
Question: Was it fun filming your latest music videos?
Wooyoung: We worked on two videos at the same time. It was great fun, but we also felt fatigued because we filmed several scenes continuously without a break. “Go Crazy” was the most fun. It’s the craziest video we’ve ever made!
Question: How was your recent concert in South Korea?
Taecyeon: There were a lot of fans there, and people said that it was our most enjoyable concert so far.
