Directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, The Huntsman: Winter's War is an epic action adventure and sequel to the 2012 movie Snow White and the Huntsman.
The evil Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron) watched her sister, Freya (Emily Blunt), suffer a heartbreaking betrayal and leave their kingdom. Freya has spent decades in a remote wintry palace training her deadly huntsmen, including Eric (Chris Hemsworth) and warrior Sara (Jessica Chastain), only to find that they defied her one demand -- forever harden your hearts to love.
When Freya learns of Ravenna's death, her remaining soldiers bring the Magic Mirror home to her as the only one who can control its power. She discovers that Queen Ravenna can be brought back to life, and the wicked sisters threaten the enchanted land with twice the darkest force it's ever seen.
