Cash crisis leads to kidnap capers in Sai Lor Fah

Did You Know : When a kidnapping victim falls for their captor, it is known as Stockholm Syndrome.

Tao (Somchai Kemklad) likes to gamble on football and is a bit of a troublemaker. Tun (Nong Chachacha) is Buddhist amulet trader. The two are good friends, but sometimes friendship can cause problems.

When the two head out for a night of karaoke, Tao arranges for a pretty young woman, Nok (Pichnad Sakakorn), to entertain Tun. Tun becomes smitten with Nok, but what he doesnt know is that Tao paid Nok to be his friend. Far more dangerous, neither of them knows that Nok is involved with a mafia kingpin, Kamnan Moo (Somchai Sakdikul).

CASHING IN

After the memorable night, Nok disappears and Tun decides to go searching for her. On his search he runs into some dark characters, including Pla, a pimp who cheats Tun out of 100,000 baht.

When Tao takes a big gambling loss, he turns to Tun for help and the two decide the best way out is to track down Pla and the missing cash. But when Taos luck takes another turn for the worse, things get desperate and he decides to kidnap a girl for ransom.

Meanwhile, Tun finds out that Nok is involved with the mafia and asks Kamnan Moo to let Nok go. However, Kamnan Moo demands 3 million baht for her release and Tun agrees.

Needing to score some big cash, Tun decides to cheat one of his clients, Mee, who is also a village headman. Tun knows that Mees Buddhist amulet is miraculously worth more than 3 million baht, but he convinces Mee that its a fake. Tun then sells the amulet behind Mees back and has enough cash to secure Noks release and pay off Taos debts.

But no secret can last forever. Will the village headman find out the truth about his stolen amulet? And what is Tao going to do with the kidnapped girl? Find out when Sai Lor Fah hits theatres on October 7.
