About Linkin Park
Name: Linkin Park
Nationality: American
Style: Nu Metal
Label: Warner
Album: Minutes to Midnight (2007), Collision Course
(2004), Meteora (2003), Reanimation (2002), Hybrid Theory
(2000).
In brief: Linkin Parks founding members include three high school
buddies, Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson and Rob Bourdon. The guys later recruited
Joe Hahn, Dave Phoenix Farrell and Mike Wakefield to form Hybrid Theory. The
band began recording and producing songs in Shinodas make-shift bedroom studio
in 1996, but tension and frustration would later cause the group to disband. In
March 1999, the original members brought in singer Chester Bennington to revive
the band. The bands new member also brought with it a new name, Linkin Park, a play and homage to
Santa Monicas Lincoln Park.

What Ive Done
by Linkin Park
In this farewell
Theres no
blood, theres no alibi
Cause Ive drawn regret
From the truth of a thousand lies
So let mercy come and wash away
Chorus
What Ive
done, Ill face myself
To cross out what Ive become
Erase myself and let go of what Ive done
Put
to rest what you thought
Of me while I clean this slate
With the hands of uncertainty
So let mercy come and wash away
(Chorus)
For
what Ive done, I start again
And whatever pain may come
Today this ends, Im forgiving
(Chorus)
What
Ive done
Forgiving what Ive done
