Directed by John Erick Dowdle, No Escape tells the exciting story of a family trapped in a Southeast Asian city by a violent coup.
The intense international thriller, No Escape, centres on an American businessman, Jack Dwyer (Owen Wilson). He is offered a job overseas so he and his family fly to Southeast Asia to settle into their new home.
While out shopping in the local market, Jack suddenly finds himself in the middle of a violent political uprising. Jack must get back to the hotel and rescue his wife Annie (Lake Bell) and their two children. Their hotel is mercilessly attacked by rebels so they frantically look for a safe escape route to the American embassy.
As the fighting intensifies, Jack, helped by shady expat Hammond (Pierce Brosnan), must face increasingly dangerous situations to keep his family alive.
