Mark Waters directed the popular 2004 film Mean Girls.

Directed by Mark Waters, Vampire Academy is fantasy film based on Richelle Mead’s best-selling novel of the same name.

Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch) and Lissa Dragomir (Lucy Fry) are two 17-year-old girls who attend a secret boarding school for mortal, peaceful vampires and half-vampire, half-human guardians known as Dhampirs.

Rose is a rebellious guardian in training, while her best friend Lissa is a royal vampire princess. The girls had been on the run but were captured and returned to the St. Vladamir’s Academy, where they believe their lives are in jeopardy.

Thrust back into the perils of their school, Lissa struggles to reclaim her status, while Rose trains with her mentor and love interest, Dimitri (Danila Kozlovsky), to guarantee her a place as Lissa’s guardian. Rose will do anything to protect Lissa from those who wish to exploit her at the academy and from the evil, immortal vampires who hunt her kind in the world outside.

Catch the fantasy and adventure when Vampire Academy hits local cinemas on March 13.
