University Entrance Examination Tips : Words from the world of sport
Although when you get to read this shortened sports story, it will be quite old, there are many useful things to be learned from it.
For those of you who are not particularly interested in football (or soccer as it is sometimes known), many of the words and expressions in this story will be unfamiliar. Lets take a look at some of those words and expressions.

KARAOKE KORNER : Happy?
Most of us will recognise Michelle Branch as the young artist that performed the smash duet, "The Game Of Love," with Carlos Santana. Michelle is back, without Carlos, with her latest album, Paper Hotel and a new single "Are You Happy Now?"

News : New pre-cadet entry level
Military education will be changed next year to allow students completing Matayom 3, instead of Matayom 4 to apply for seats at the pre-cadet school.

Conversation : Break a leg!
If someone told you to ''break a leg,'' you would probably think that person was crazy or he doesn't like you. ''Break a leg'' is an expression people use to wish somebody good luck. Tim and Tom are cramming for their exams that will start in a couple of hours. Both friends are anxious and determined to pass. Let's hear their conversation.

Easy exercises : Queen of hearts
August 12 is Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's birthday and a day of celebration for all Thais. In this issue of Student Weekly, we are celebrating the life of Her Majesty with features and these easy exercises. Read the following story and then answer the questions that follow, and join with us in wishing Her Majesty a long life and good health.

Motherly Love
This Mother's Day, we Thais honour the greatest mother of them all, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. After her marriage to His Majesty the King, Queen Sirikit became very familiar to Thai people as she accompanied His Majesty on many of his duties. However, Her Majesty is also very active in many of her own projects for example, the Sai Jai Thai Foundation.

Momma's little boy
He may weigh in at 170 kilogrammes and stand a towering 210 centimetres tall, but to Akkradech Rodwinij's  (Yokeyake Churnyim) mother he is still momma's little boy.

Easy news : Finders, keepers
If it can be lost on the streets of Tokyo, it can be found in the city's largest lost-and-found centre, where everything from diamond rings to dentures and millions of dollars in stray cash await their rightful owners.
