8-13: You can�t function without sleep, so you place a high priority on
a good night�s rest. If you�re tired, you could sleep almost anywhere � but
you�re smart enough to make sure you keep to a healthy bedtime regimen.
14-19: You appreciate the value of a good night�s rest, but sometimes
life just gets in the way of you and the pillow. You�re not sleep-deprived, but
you could always do with more.
20-24: It looks as if you burn the candle at both ends, and your body is
crying out for some serious shut-eye. Start taking your sleep seriously or your
