CHATROOM Photos courtesy of AP/ AFP/ Bangkok Post Letter of the week TIME FLIESI have a serious problem with dividing the time to do everything in my life. I want to have more time to do everything. I always have a lot of homework on my desk, and I never finish it on time. That is my mistake, because I spend a lot of time doing other things. As a result, I didnt get very good scores in the first semester. But I think that overall Im doing fine. Ill work harder. Ill do home-work and study extra on the weekends. Now there is less than one term to prepare for the entrance test for senior high school. Why does time go so fast? Saran Soh, Songkhla Time sure does go fast, doesnt it Saran? I dont really know why that is, but I can tell you that it doesnt get any better the older you get as Im reminded with every passing birthday. I guess all you can do is try to make the most of it. Learn to budget your time and remember to schedule some relaxation along with all of that studying. Good luck on your tests. Editor NEVER TOO OLDAt the moment there is a boom in the chemical industry. If I study in the field of science, I will get a good job and a high salary. For this reason, I entered a faculty of science, majoring in chemistry at university. I want to make my dream come true, so I signed up at Ramkhamhaeng University at the age of 35. I have also started reading Student Weekly again, which I read more than 10 years ago as a high school student. I always tell myself that nobody is too old to learn. Pissamai
Khunsri Thanks for your great letter, Pissamai. Youre right, no matter how old you are, continuing your education is never a waste of time. Im glad that youve rediscovered our little magazine, too. Keep reading SW, and good luck at university. Editor IN THE STARSHello, my name is Pawn. Im in Matayom 3. Ive been reading Student Weekly for two years, and this is my first letter to the magazine. Im interested in the Thailand Top Chart because I love music. I want to put a photo of Golf-Mike on my book because I like them very much. Puttiwan Chuangpitak, Chon Buri Its always great to read the first letter from a long-time reader, Pawn. In addition to Thailands Top Chart, I hope that you enjoy all of the other music stories and features that we run every week, too. Editor GONE CAMPINGHello Student Weekly. My nickname is Fern, and this is the third letter Ive written to you. I am a student at Pattanavech School. I went to navy camp at Sattahip Chon Buri. It was a very hard and happy time for me, and I got to do many things. I jumped from the tower I was very scared and excited. I also walked in the forest. I was tired, but it was fun. I would like to go back to that camp again. Nureena
Kansakul Nice to hear from you again, Fern. It sounds like you had a great time at navy camp. That jumping from the tower part sounds scary, though. I mean, why jump off of a perfectly good tower? Editor
