Bangkok Underground Cinema is providing an opportunity for independent, DIY and student film-makers to show their short films at this year's Noise Market. Noise Market is an independent community music and arts festival held in the grounds of Museum Siam.
Thai and international film-makers are welcome to submit short films of up to 20 minutes in length for screening. First-time and student film-makers are welcome. Films will be selected for screening based on their artistic merit.
