Masayuki Ochiai directed the 2008 Hollywood remake of the Thai horror movie, Shutter.
In 2000, the first film in the popular Ju-on Japanese horror movie series was released. The seventh film in the scary series is Ju-on: The Beginning of the End, directed by Masayuki Ochiai.
In the latest film, a school teacher named Yui (Nozomi Sasaki) visits the hunted and cursed house of the Saeki family. Yui has to enter the eerie house because one of her students, Toshio Saeki (Kai Kobayashi), hasn’t shown up at school for a long time.
However, Yui has no idea that once she steps into the haunted and horrifying house, her life will never be the same again.
Find out whether or not Yui and her students survive when the creepy and thrilling Ju-on: The Beginning of the End opens in local cinemas on August 28.
