Letter of the week
Life's lessons
Have
you ever felt that the world has turned its back on you? Have you
ever felt lonely and confused?
How did you deal with it? Some people may cry. Other people smile
on the outside while they're crying on the inside.
I think that keeping all emotions on the inside doesn't make people
feel better. I think that they need to think how beautiful life
is. They should look at less fortunate people and realise how lucky
they really are.
If people are more optimistic about their lives and look at hardships
as life's lessons, then they won't be so unhappy. Life is a test
that people must pass in order to succeed. The most important thing
is that people believe in themselves. Everybody is capable of overcoming
obstacles and leading a happy life.

What is love?
Some
people believe that love is everlasting. Everyone is capable of
loving another person, no matter who they are or where they are
from.
There are many different types of love, family love and even love
for animals. Love is like magic. It always comes back to you. All
you have to do is give into love and not fight it. Love may not
be returned to you immediately but that shouldn't stop you sharing
your love with the people that you care about.
Love should be genuine. You shouldn't pretend to love someone if
you don't feel it deep in your heart. Love can't exist without hate,
wherever there is love there is always hate.
Love is the most wonderful thing on the planet. Everyone needs
love and all the things that come with it like, caring, sharing
and understanding. Love can be harmful and hurtful if used incorrectly.
If everyone shares their love, the world will be a better place.

For popcorn
I want to tell you something
It is a thing, which is very important
I try to do everything that I can
To make you believe what I say
It is my pleasure to know you
It is because of you make me have a good day
I care for you, you say
And I realise that it's true
Fortunately, you're always nice to me
You see! How kind of you
Well, you are so wonderful
To let someone like me be your friend

Everlasting friendship
I don't know how our lives will change once we go to university.
I want my friends to know that our friendship will never change.
I want to tell all my friends to stay in touch. We can remain close,
even if we are far apart. Good luck to all my friends and let's
hope we are friends forever.

Music to my ears
When I was younger, my brother would listen to loud Western music
while I was trying to do my homework. I used to hate English because
of my brother's behaviour. The music was so annoying and prevented
me from concentrating.
I used to avoid watching Western movies because I found them frustrating.
Over time, my brother has persuaded me to change my mind. He explained
that songs are a great way to improve your vocabulary and listening
skills. I began listening to my brother's music. After time, my
listening skills improved and I found myself understanding more
and more.
I would like to thank my brother for making me realise that you
don't have to learn English from boring textbooks.
