During the school break, children are always looking for fun places to spend their free time. SW would like to suggest three recently-opened amusement parks — Dinosaur Planet near Prom Prong BTS station, Pororo Aquapark at Central Bangna and Cartoon Network Amazone in Chon Buri.

For this week’s Freeze Frame, SW takes a look at fun activities at the three parks.

Above: At Pororo Aquapark, kids wade through the water inside a replica of a character from the movie Pororo: The Little Penguin.

Above: A souvenir shop at Pororo Aquapark offers a variety of penguin dolls which are loveable characters from the Pororo film.

Above: Kids can enjoy a long slide at Pororo Aquapark while getting a scenic view of Bangkok and Samut Prakan.

Above: Cartoon Network Amazone is the world’s only Cartoon Network-themed waterpark. Kids can see many of their favourite characters from Cartoon Network series here, including Ultimate Humungousaur from Ben 10.

Above: Highlights at Cartoon Network Amazone include a collection of thrilling slides in the Omniverse Zone.

Above: At Dinosaur Planet, kids will enjoy meeting more than 200 dinosaurs. Visitors are allowed to touch, ride and take photos with them.

Above: The Stars of Dino Zone at Dinosaur Planet exhibits dinosaurs from three eras — Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. The dinosaurs in this zone can move and make realistic sounds.
