Holler is a mini album from three of the ladies from Girls’ Generation — Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun — now rebranded Girls’ Generation-TTS. They've already had success with their first mini album, Twinkle, which made history on the Billboard charts by becoming K-Pop’s best selling album of 2012.
Now Girls’ Generation-TTS are back with Holler, and it's getting excellent feedback and hitting the top of the charts in countries around the world. The mini album consists of six tracks in a variety of pop music styles. It also mixes R&B sounds, especially in the slow songs.
The title track is the highlight of the effort, with a brass band sound that perfect fits with powerful voices of the three girls. The music video also includes some exiting dance moves. Another interesting track, ‘’Whisper,’’ is medium-tempo pop with a warm and sweet sound. The rest of the tracks are also excellent, and fans of Girls’ Generation shouldn't miss it. —VH
