Editor's Note
Somebody once said that a change is as good as a holiday, and while that's obviously not really true, change can at least help to keep things from getting too dull. The big change here at Student Weekly is the leaving of our Editor, Sean, the passing of the baton to me, and the welcoming of our new Sub-Editor, Gary.

Hi! I noticed that for several weeks you haven't been printing the winner's names for scrabble or crossword anymore. I usually try to win to learn new vocabulary from those games. Once I even won a pencil, and I felt so proud whenever I used it.

SEA Games: Happiness returns! Thais are football and gold medal champs
After a scoreless first half Thailand outran, outshot Myanmar to take football gold 3-0. Earlier it was the Thai women's turn to shine in volleyball, takraw and water polo. Thailand now has 93 golds and are certain to top the table.
